29Persons who may appear and adduce evidence

#### 29 Persons who may appear and adduce evidence (1) Where: (a) the DPP applies for a restraining order against property; and (b) notice of the application is given under subsection 28(1); any person who claims an interest in the property may appear and adduce evidence at the hearing of the application. (2) Where the DPP applies for the extension of the period of effect of a restraining order made in respect of property, any person who claims an interest in the property may appear and adduce evidence at the hearing of the application.
