2 Commencement
(1) Parts 1 and 4 commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent. (2) Part 2 commences on a day to be fixed by Proclamation, being a day not earlier than the day on which the Convention enters into force for Australia. (3) Part 3 commences on a day to be fixed by Proclamation, being a day not earlier than the day on which the Protocol enters into force for Australia.
