7 Form of victim impact statements—the Act, s 29(1)(b)

A victim impact statement—

(a) must be—

(i) legible, whether typed or handwritten, and

(ii) on A4-sized paper, and

(b) must not, without the leave of the court, be longer than 20 pages in total, including any medical reports or other annexures.
