#### 81 Existing warrants for revoked periodic detention orders 81 Existing warrants for revoked periodic detention orders > > (1) This clause applies where— > > > > > (a) a warrant (the warrant) had been issued under section 181 of the [Crimes (Administration of Sentences) Act 1999](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1999-093) or section 26 of the [Periodic Detention of Prisoners Act 1981](/view/html/repealed/current/act-1981-018) in respect of a periodic detention order to which this Division applies, and > > > > > (b) the warrant was in force immediately before the commencement day but the periodic detention order had been revoked before that day. > > > (2) The warrant continues in force after the commencement day.
