96 Good behaviour orders—rehabilitation programs—
good behaviour order unless satisfied that—
(a) a rehabilitation program of a particular kind is suitable for the
Good behaviour orders—rehabilitation program conditions Part 6.2
(b) it is appropriate that the offender undertake a rehabilitation
program of that kind; and
(c) a place for the offender in a program of that kind is available or
will become available within a reasonable time.
(2) The court may decline to include a rehabilitation program condition
in the good behaviour order if—
