87 Good behaviour orders—community service—convicted
offenders only
The court must not include a community service condition in the good
behaviour order unless the offender is convicted of the offence for
which the order is made.
Note A good behaviour order under s 17 (2) (b) (Non-conviction orders—
general) cannot include a community service condition because the
offender is found guilty, but not convicted, of the offence.
