80X Treatment and supervision part of treatment orders
(1) A treatment order must include a part (the treatment and supervision
part) that imposes the order’s—
(a) core conditions; and
(b) treatment program conditions.
(2) The treatment and supervision part of a treatment order is in force for
the period that—
(a) starts when the treatment order is made; and
(b) ends—
(i) on a day stated by the court; or
(ii) if the court earlier cancels the order, or the treatment and
supervision part of the order—on the day of cancellation.
(3) However, the treatment and supervision part of a treatment order must
not end later than the day the custodial part of the order ends.
