80M Definitions—pt 5.4A
core conditions, of a treatment order—see section 80Y.
member means—
(a) in relation to the treatment and supervision team—an entity
included in the team; and
(b) in relation to the treatment order team—an entity included in the
team.
treatment and supervision team means the following entities:
(b) the health director-general;
(c) the director-general responsible for this Act;
(d) an entity prescribed by regulation.
treatment order obligations, of an offender subject to a treatment
order—see section 80P.
treatment order team means the following entities:
(b) the director-general;
(c) the health director-general;
(d) the director of public prosecutions;
(e) the legal aid commission;

(f) the chief police officer;
(g) an entity the court considers necessary to include in the team for
a particular treatment order;
(h) an entity prescribed by regulation.
Examples of entity for par (g)
1 the director-general responsible for the Housing Assistance Act 2007
2 an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander representative
3 an entity that administers or provides services in relation to drug and
alcohol treatment assessments or treatment orders
4 if the offender subject to a treatment order is legally represented other
than as a result of a grant of legal aid—the lawyer representing the
offender
treatment program conditions, of a treatment order—see
section 80Z.
