80E Intensive correction orders—community service—hours to be performed performed for a community service condition in the intensive correction order must be at least 20 hours and not more than 500 hours. be completed under the community service condition must be at least— (a) if less than 125 hours work is required—6 months; or Division 5.4.3 Intensive correction orders—rehabilitation program conditions (b) if 125 or more hours work but less than 250 hours work is required—12 months; or (c) if 250 or more hours work is required—24 months.
