67 Nonparole periods—recommended conditions
In sentencing the offender to imprisonment, the court may
recommend conditions for the offender’s parole.
Note The sentence administration board must have regard to any condition
recommended by the sentencing court (see Crimes (Sentence
Administration) Act 2005, s 130 (3)).
