61B Definitions—pt 4.6
court means—
(a) the Magistrates Court; or
(b) the Supreme Court.
criminal intelligence means information relating to actual or
suspected conduct that constitutes an indictable offence, whether in
the ACT or elsewhere, that if disclosed could reasonably be expected
to result in any of the following:
(a) prejudice to a criminal investigation;
(b) the discovery of the existence or identity of a confidential source
of information relevant to law enforcement;
(c) a risk to the safety of any person.
General Division 4.6.1
offender means an adult who has been found guilty of, or pleaded
guilty to, a schedule offence.
schedule offence means an offence mentioned in schedule 1,
column 2 under a section mentioned in column 3.
