46E Intensive correction assessments—powers of assessors
(1) In preparing the intensive correction assessment for the offender, the
assessor may—
(a) conduct any investigation the assessor considers appropriate;
and
(b) ask any of the following to provide information:
provide information, the entity must promptly comply with the
request.
information for the purpose of the intensive correction assessment.
provision of intensive correction assessments.
