136 Information exchanges between criminal justice entities (1) This section applies to any information in relation to an offence (including an alleged offence) in a record of a criminal justice entity, including information about— (a) a person charged with the offence; and (b) a victim of the offence; and (c) a person convicted or found guilty of the offence.
