135 Reparation—other actions for recovery
(1) This Act does not abolish or otherwise affect any cause of action that
anyone may have—
(a) to recover goods or property; or
(b) to recover damages for, or be indemnified against, any loss or
expense.
(2) However, in a proceeding in relation to any loss or expense that
resulted from the commission of an offence, a court must consider
any amount paid under a reparation order in relation to the
commission of the offence.
