133E Young offenders—pre-sentence report matters
(1) Each of the following is a pre-sentence report matter in relation to a
young offender:
(a) the young offender’s culpability for the offence having regard to
his or her maturity;
(b) the young offender’s state of development;
(c) the past and present family circumstances of the young offender.
(2) This section applies in addition to section 40A (Pre-sentence report
matters).
