126 Deferred sentence orders—review
(1) The sentencing court may review the offender’s deferred sentence
order at any time.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the sentencing court may review the
deferred sentence order to consider whether the offender has
breached, or may breach, the offender’s deferred sentence
obligations.
(3) The sentencing court may review the deferred sentence order—
(i) the offender; or
(ii) the director-general; or
(iii) the director of public prosecutions.
(4) A person mentioned in subsection (3) (b) may appear at a review.

(a) if the offender is under 18 years old when the application is
made—the CYP director-general; and
