124 Deferred sentence orders—arrest without warrant
(1) This section applies if a police officer believes, on reasonable
grounds, that the offender has breached the offender’s deferred
sentence obligations.
(2) The police officer may arrest the offender without a warrant.
(3) If the police officer arrests the offender, the police officer must bring
the offender before—
(a) the sentencing court; or
(b) if the sentencing court is not sitting—a magistrate.
