110A Reparation orders—enforcing non-money order
(1) This section applies if the reparation order does not require the
payment of money.
Note An offender may breach a reparation order by failing to comply with it
(see Legislation Act, dict, pt 1, def breach).
(2) If the offender breaches the reparation order, the person in whose
favour the order was made may apply to the court for an order under
this section to be made against the offender.
(3) On an application under subsection (2), the court may make an order
for the payment of money against the offender in substitution for the
breached order.
