109 Reparation orders—payment by instalments
If the court makes a reparation order for the payment of money, the
court may, in addition, order that—
(a) the amount be paid by stated instalments; and
(b) the offender give security, with or without sureties, to the
satisfaction of a stated officer of the court for the payment of the
amount or of each instalment of the amount.
