105 Good behaviour—consequences of failure to sign
undertaking
(1) This section applies if an offender fails to sign or give the undertaking
mentioned in section 13 (2) for a good behaviour order made in
relation to the offender.
(2) The court that made the good behaviour order may re-sentence the
offender, or convict and sentence the offender, as if the order had not
been made.
(3) To remove any doubt, if the offender is re-sentenced by the court
under this section, the offender has the same rights of appeal as the
offender would have had if the good behaviour order had not been
made.
