77 Authorised person may access data The director-general— (a) may allow a person, authorised in writing by the director-general, access to the data mentioned in section 76 for research, analysis and evaluation of intensive correction orders; but (b) must not allow access to the data in any form that would allow the identity of anyone taking part in an intensive correction order to be worked out.
