320G Young offenders—breach of good behaviour obligations (1) If an authorised person believes on reasonable grounds that a young offender has breached any of the young offender’s good behaviour obligations, the authorised person may report the belief to the Sentence administration—young offenders Chapter 14A General Part 14A.1 (2) The report must be— (a) in writing; and (b) accompanied by a copy of a written record in support of the authorised person’s belief. authorised person means an authorised person under the Children and Young People Act 2008. young offender does not include a young offender for whom the director-general responsible for this Act is responsible in accordance with a decision under section 320F. Note Section 102 (Good behaviour—breach of good behaviour obligation) applies to these young offenders (see s 102 (8)).
