320F Young offenders—administration of sentences other than imprisonment (1) This section applies to a young offender who is serving a sentence (other than a sentence of imprisonment) and becomes an adult. (2) The director-general responsible for this Act and the director-general responsible for the Children and Young People Act 2008 must decide which of them is to be the administering director-general for the (3) If the administering director-general is the director-general responsible for this Act, the person is dealt with under this Act in the same way as an adult offender.
