320D Young offenders and remandees—references to director-general (1) A reference in this Act to the director-general is, in relation to a function to be exercised in relation to a CYP young offender or a young remandee, a reference to the director-general responsible for the Children and Young People Act 2008. CYP young offender—see section 320B (2).
