312 Cancellation of licence—recommittal to full-time detention (1) This section applies if the board cancels an offender’s licence. (2) The board must order that the offender be placed in the director-general’s custody to serve the remainder of the offender’s sentence by imprisonment under full-time detention. (3) If the offender is not in lawful custody, the board may also issue a warrant for the offender to be arrested and placed in the director-general’s custody. (4) The warrant must— (a) be in writing signed by a judicial member of the board; and (b) be directed to all escort officers or a named escort officer.
