309 Release on licence—automatic cancellation of licence for ACT offence (1) This section applies if, while an offender’s licence is in force, the offender is convicted or found guilty by a court of an offence against a territory law that is punishable by imprisonment. (2) The licence is automatically cancelled when the offender is convicted or found guilty of the offence. Note The court must make an order under s 312 (Cancellation of licence— recommittal to full-time detention).
