267 Meaning of corresponding community-based sentence law A corresponding community-based sentence law is— (a) a law of an interstate jurisdiction corresponding, or substantially corresponding, to this chapter; or (b) a law of an interstate jurisdiction that is declared by regulation to be a corresponding community-based sentence law, whether or not the law corresponds, or substantially corresponds, to this chapter.
