227 Interstate transfer—reports (1) For the purpose of exercising a function under this division, the Minister may be informed in any way the Minister considers appropriate and, in particular, may have regard to any report of a parole or prison authority of the ACT or any participating state. (2) A report of a parole or prison authority may be sent to a corresponding Minister to assist the Minister in exercising a function under the relevant interstate law.
