213 Meaning of registered victim registered victim— (a) in relation to an offence by an offender (other than a young offender)—means a victim of the offender about whom information is entered in the register kept under section 215; and (b) in relation to an offence by a young offender—means a victim of the young offender about whom information is entered in the register kept under section 215A.
