200 Expenses—production of documents etc (1) This section applies to a person who is required to— (a) give information, or produce a document or other thing, to the board for an inquiry; or (b) appear before, or produce a document or other thing to, the board at a hearing for an inquiry. (2) The person is entitled to be paid the reasonable expenses that the board decides. (3) This section does not apply to— (a) the offender to whom the inquiry relates; or (b) a witness who is a full-time detainee at a correctional centre (however described) in the ACT or elsewhere; or (c) a person prescribed by regulation.
