198 Board may require official reports
(1) For an inquiry, a judicial member may by written notice given to any
of the following, require the person to give the board a written report
about an offender:
(a) the director-general;
(b) the commissioner for corrective services under the Crimes
(Administration of Sentences) Act 1999 (NSW);
(d) a public servant prescribed by regulation.
(2) The person given the notice must comply with it.
