190 Proof of certain board-related matters not required In any legal proceeding, proof is not required, until evidence is given to the contrary, of— (a) the constitution of the board; or (b) any decision or recommendation of the board; or (c) the appointment of, or holding of office by, any member of the board; or (d) the presence or nature of a quorum at any meeting of the board.
