188 Authentication of board documents Any document requiring authentication by the board is sufficiently authenticated if it is signed by— (a) the judicial member who presided at the meeting of the board that dealt with the proceeding in relation to which the document was prepared; or (b) in the absence of the judicial member— (i) any other member who was present at that meeting; or (ii) the secretary of the board.
