182 Constitution of divisions of board (1) The chair must ensure that there are enough divisions of the board for the proper exercise of the board’s supervisory functions. (2) The chair must assign 3 board members to each division including at least 1 judicial member. (3) To remove any doubt— (a) a division of the board, as constituted at any time, may exercise any supervisory function of the board; and (b) the chair may assign board members to a division from time to time for the exercise of the board’s supervisory functions in a particular case or in any case; and (c) a board member may be assigned to 2 or more divisions at the same time.
