161A Application—pt 7.5A
This part applies to an offender if—
(a) while the offender is under a parole order for a sentence of
imprisonment for an offence (the parole offence), the offender
breaches 1 or more parole obligations; and
(b) the offender’s parole order is cancelled.
Note A parole order may be cancelled after it has ended (see s 151).
