150 Cancellation of parole order for non-ACT offence (1) This section applies if, while an offender’s parole order is in force, the offender commits, and is convicted or found guilty of, a non-ACT (2) Without limiting section 148 (Board powers—breach of parole obligations), the board must cancel the offender’s parole order as soon as practicable under that section.
