149 Automatic cancellation of parole order for ACT offence (1) This section applies if, while an offender’s parole order is in force, the offender— (a) commits an offence against a territory law that is punishable by (b) is convicted or found guilty by a court of the offence. (2) The parole order is automatically cancelled when the offender is convicted or found guilty of the offence. Note The court must make an order under s 161 (Cancellation of parole— recommittal to full-time detention).
