14 Imprisonment not affected by want of proper warrant The validity of the offender’s imprisonment under this Act or the Corrections Management Act 2007 is not affected by any failure to issue a proper warrant of imprisonment, if the imprisonment is in accordance with the committing authority’s committal order.
