116L Application—pt 6A.3 This part applies if— (a) a default notice and reminder notice have been sent to a fine defaulter in relation to a fine; and (b) 28 days after the default notice was sent— (i) the outstanding fine has not been paid; and (ii) no arrangement has been approved under section 116K for the fine or, if an arrangement has been approved, the defaulter has failed to comply with the arrangement.
