116G Liability for administrative fee If any part of a fine payable by an offender remains unpaid after the due date stated in the penalty notice for the fine, the offender is liable to pay to the Territory, in addition to the amount of the fine that remains unpaid, the administrative fee determined under the Court Procedures Act 2004, part 3 (Court and tribunal fees).
