116E Registrar may ask other people for offender’s contact
details
(1) The registrar may, in writing, ask a relevant person to give the
registrar any contact details that they hold for a stated offender who
is liable to pay a fine.
(2) The relevant person must comply with the request as far as
contact details, for an offender—see section 116D (5).
relevant person means—
(a) the chief police officer; or
(b) the housing commissioner; or
(c) the chief executive (however described) of—
(i) an administrative unit; or
(ii) Icon Water Limited; or
(iii) a territory entity prescribed by regulation.
