114 Good behaviour orders—effect of amendment on sureties (1) This section applies if a court amends an offender’s good behaviour order by— (a) extending the term of the order; or (b) amending or including an additional condition in the order. (2) Any surety under the good behaviour order is not bound by the amendment without the surety’s agreement. (3) If the surety does not agree to be bound by the amendment, the court must direct the extent (if any) to which the surety’s unchanged obligations are to operate under the amended order. (4) If the court gives a direction under subsection (3), the surety is bound under the good behaviour order only as stated in the direction.
