106 Good behaviour—summons to attend court (1) This section applies if information alleging that an offender has breached any of the offender’s good behaviour obligations is before the offender’s sentencing court. (2) The sentencing court may issue a summons directing the offender to appear before the court to be dealt with under this part. (3) The registrar of the sentencing court must ensure that a copy of the summons is given to each interested person for the good behaviour
