76D Powers which may be exercised by a single Judge of Appeal
(1) The power of the Court of Appeal under section 76C to extend the time within which notice of appeal may be given may be exercised by a single Judge of Appeal in the same manner as it may be exercised by the Court of Appeal.
(2) If a Judge of Appeal refuses an application to exercise a power referred to in subsection (1), the applicant is entitled to have the application determined by the Court of Appeal.
