57A Leave plan for extended leave
If an application is made to the court for extended leave, a leave plan must be prepared and filed with the court by—
S. 57A(a) amended by No. 26/2014 s. 447.
(a) in the case of a forensic patient—the authorised psychiatrist for the designated mental health service;
S. 57A(b) amended by No. 15/2015 s. 37(19).
(b) in the case of a forensic resident—the Secretary to the Department of Health and Human Services.
