49 What types of leave may be granted?
The types of leave of absence that may be granted to a forensic patient or forensic resident are—
(a) special leave of absence;
(b) on-ground leave;
(c) limited off-ground leave;

Some forensic patients and forensic residents cannot be granted extended leave—see section 57(4).
