27 How long does a supervision order last? (1) A supervision order is for an indefinite term. S. 27(2) substituted by No. 7/2002 s. 7(2). (2) When making a supervision order, the court may direct that the matter be brought back to the court for review at the end of the period specified by the court. The court's powers on review are contained in section 32 (for custodial supervision orders) and section 33 (for non‑custodial supervision orders).
