16C Transitional provision—COVID-19 Omnibus (Emergency Measures) Act 2020—special hearings On and after the repeal of section 121, that section continues to apply, despite its repeal, in relation to any issue, application or review that a court— (a) has determined to decide or determine entirely on the basis of written submissions and without the appearance of the parties; and (b) has not yet so decided or determined.
