New South Wales regulation
This regulation replaces the 2020 regulation and sets how interstate community‑based sentences are registered and recognised in New South Wales. It declares the Australian Capital Territory a participating jurisdiction and prescribes the minimum offender and sentence information required for registration. It affects offenders subject to interstate community sentences and the agencies that register and supervise them; it matters because it fixes the administrative data (identity, sentence type, dates, remaining period and history) that agencies must collect to recognise and enforce those sentences in NSW.
