#### 2 Commencement (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent. (2) Section 11 shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by Proclamation, being a date not earlier than the date on which the Convention enters into force for Australia.
